In- clinic consultation (up to 60 minutes) - £150 – In clinic consultation may include a process know as digital trichoscopy which looks at the hair follicles in microscopic detail.
Online Video Consultations (Up to 60 minutes) - £150 – this allows anyone who are unable to attend a clinic or would prefer to discuss their issues in the comfort of their own familiar space.

We use the Root Cause Clinical booking system, which makes booking your appointment time and date so easy.
Your payment will show as Root Cause Clinical.
Booking with Root Cause Clinical
Booking with the Root Cause Clinical system is easy. Simply choose one of the
2 booking options below, then select the best time and date to suit you.
Once you have confirmed your booking, you will be sent an email confirmation, containing a pre-consultation form from our partners at Root Cause Clinical.
Please fill out you pre-consultation at least 48 hours before your booking date.
This allows your Trichologist Mandy Graham to review and research the information submitted, to make the most effective use of the appointment time with you in the clinic.
If you would like to book a video consultation with Mandy in the comfort of your own home, please select the type of consultation and select Mandy Graham in the drop-downs.
Our booking policy allows for cancellation and a full refund 48 hours before your consultation time. If you need to change your appointment time to another date or time, we can do this for you by emailing us.

We are proud to partner with Root Cause Clinical, an online trichology clinic that is specially designed to deliver online video consultations.
This service enables you to enjoy convenience and comfort during your healthcare appointments and consultations. Whatever type of appointment you require, Root Cause is quick and easy to use.
- Step 1: Consultation Type – Use the link below to visit the Root Cause Clinical booking page and select the type of consultation you require – Initial, Follow-up, or Genetic.
- Step 2: Chosen Practitioner – On the drop-down menu, change “Any Practitioner” to “Mandy Graham” and select a time and date that suits you on the calendar.
- Step 3: Pre-Consultation Form – You will receive a confirmation email with an attached pre-consultation form, which must be filled in and returned at least 24 hours before your online consultation time.
